unless you tryna shit for days, I wouldn't recommend it. Look into red raspberry leaf tea (the loose leaves) that's what put me in labor

try pineapple juice, nipple simulation, stuff like that. I heard that oil is crap and does nothing but give you the poops.

I wouldn't use castor oil! It can cause he baby to poop while in the womb which can be fatal.

well I can say I have done it twice with success. I took only a cap full and chased with orange juice

oh and I no complications

I did and had my baby within 6 hr after taking it. The baby can poop at anytime not just from castor oil. @ajmommy2015
