I don't see why they would since you gave birth to her, but I dont know, I guess the only thing is if someone was being a surrogate and legally carrying someone elses baby, but I dont really think so.
Okay so I don't have insurance or ID or birth certificate and social security card it all got stolen and I've been trying to get it back but nothing will help but I do have a copy of my birth certificate and social security card
uh no... when you get there if you're not preregistered they'll send whoever you're with to register you and you'll get admitted and they'll put a wristband on you from the beginning which they will use to identify you. then when baby is born they will put Another wristband on you and the baby's father that matches one the baby is wearing to show you are the parents.

I honestly don't know but why don't you go to the dmv and get an ID? Only $25.

I never got id when I had my baby. all they wanted was insurance cards
