And saline nose spray. that's what saved me.in my first and second trimester. I had a bloody nose also

Yeah my allergies are sooooo bad! Like to the point I get into sneezing fits and my nose just starts spurting blood or I'll sneeze a lot in my sleep and wake up to my pillow covered in blood. So gross

Double check with your doc but mine told me Benadryl was okay to take and I think Claritin?
