Wow! Ok so my doctor and I talked about my recent lab work today, and because of my low platelets I'm being tested for HELLP syndrome and some other things like pre eclampsia. If those come back positive I will be induced tomorrow, and if they are negative (fingers crossed) then I will be induced 8/10. I am very overwhelmed right now!

Exciting but overwhelming! I'm waiting results for my bile acids test which takes a week.... I should get results by Thursday but it's dragging. If something comes out wrong I will be getting induced the next day!

Thank you! Same to you! 😊 I've been extremely itchy, particularly the palms of my hands & feet which can be a sign of cholestasis which is when the gallbladder/liver can't break down bile acids and it spills into the bloodstream. That's what causes the severe hands & feet itching plus dark urine (no matter how much water I drink) and other symptoms. It's not good at all for the baby, it attacks the fetus & placenta so if my levels are off, I'll have to get induced quickly.
