I overheard this lady pushing a pregnant woman into taking primrose oil. unsafe?

Nah, I have not done any aromatherapy but I hear it is very beneficial during pregnancy just be safe and with someone that knows what they are doing

aparently it helps during labor cause it softens your cervix
