So my hubby made his ex-wife cry tonight...she wants cash for child support so she can do whatever she chooses. We buy his clothes and shoes for our house and hers..he's with us every other week...she said we need to help with detergent, lotion and fast food and toys if she's out and he wants something...mind you she gets calworks and foodstamps which is state assistance for him. Were tryna get her to realize you can't get both calworks and full child support. Not to mention she owns a cloth diapering business and just opened up a store. If she takes us to court she will only get $50 a month and the rest will go to the calworks reimbursement. She can't have her cake and eat it too. I love our son so very much but he has his mother wrapped around his finger....and she wants us to contribute. When he's over here he doesn't run a thing!!! Well she cried thinking that would change his mind...it did in the past before I got in the picture. I'm sick of her!

um so if she wants yal to pay for fast food toys and yal are buying clothes shoes pretty much everything what is she contributing ? she get calworks and all that she should have money for soap and toys she's asking for way to much smh

she is asking for a lot. she is high maintenance and living with her mother. mind you my husband has visitations...that doesn't include his input on school and health care choices...smh! she tells him what shes gonna do...doesn't consult him but will consult her mother. she lives in another city but goes to college and works in our city. she wouldnt put him in the school across the street from us with my daughter because her mama said not to. well I'm like hell all u concerned about is the money!! @babygirl10-11

I wish we could and a part of me wants to be spiteful and see her get less. But $50 aint enough to live off of per month for the kid. I get the same calworks she gets plus $50 in child support from my daughter's dad. My hubby picks up the slack. I was thinking of asking him about us not purchasing clothes anymore for her house...just ours. He has a side gig that brings in and extra $50 every week......I was thinking give her $50 every other week and no more purchasing clothes...that's $100 a month... $50 more then what the courts will give her. See I can't stand her and here I am tryna figure stuff out lol...anyway I would like the nice clothes we buy to stay here anyway lol @briandavisjr819

@cameryn_cameronsmom2016 that's what I'll do and instead of her trying to eat out she need to be cooking at home that's what wrong with kids now a days they don't know anything about a home cooked meal.
