@I had the same symptoms a few weeks ago after attending a sweet 15. Turns out I had a muscle spasm in my lower back. My doctor told me to put some rice in a bag, heat it up, wrap it in a towel and apply to my back. Stay off my feet for a few days meaning no house work (washing dishes,sweeping or carrying laundry and not too much bending over) she also got on me about wearing sandals 24/7 and said I needed better support for my feet. She allowed me to take generic Tylenol Arthritis to help with the pain. I didn't take it personally but she said it was ok. If it persisted after 3 days she said to see her again but once I rested I was fine. Also for pain under the foot she can take a tennis ball and roll it back and forth with foot for some relief .😊

Sounds like sciatica.. It is common but if it's that painful for her she needs to let her doctor know.
What your favorite physical attribute? Like what do u think is the best part of yourself? For me it’s my arms and legs. My arms are cut and I have nice muscular arms, but not too muscular, and my legs I’ve always had nice long legs. So what’s yours?

So it's tmi but I got a question Yes he is moving and active so I might be over reacting I just wiped and there was blood I wiped again nothing I was walking back to the couch and mucas like fluid came running down my leg it's warm but now my stomach is tight what I do
I want to have a baby so bad and my boyfriend feels the same but says hes not financially ready...so does welfare have to be paid back?
