just give the name you don't have to tell them where he lives.tell them he wants nothing to do with your child.

no you don't have to tell them who the father is and they will not make him pay child support ... medicaid is to cover you and your daughter hospital visits and stuff

Exactly what @jomommaclark said. They don't hunt him down, in fact requesting child support is a whole other set of events later if you choose to do so. Don't be scared or worried, if it's just you and baby there's really no reason you should be denied.

is he on the birth certificate? if not say you don't know who the father is.

I didn't have to tell them who my sons dad is . I just applied for him and they didn't really ask for much but what my income was and where I live.

@jomommaclark, I am due in 3 months and wont be putting his name on it , I dont want his name on anything but someone told me I wouldnt be able to get insurance without listing a fathers name 😐

just apply anyway you never know till you apply. just don't give any of his info.
