Ugh just wanna cry.... I haven't had my otter box on my damn phone in forever then I put it on this morning and then I drop my dang phone and it cracks like wth??? How does it break with the otter box on it???? After so long with out it on it??? Makes no freaking sense and then it's a freakin $200 deductible to get a new one....

I would make a complaint to Otter Box, I've heard of people doing that because they say that can't happen with their products.

Well I'll make sure I call them tomorrow then bc I've dropped my phone without the otter box before and nothing then I put it on and bam I drop it and it cracks

Well I wouldn't mention the previous incident lol but I would just say hey i put it on and dropped my phone and it broke. Good luck! Hopefully they can do something at least.
