so pissed off. I bought a crib from the friend of my cousins MIL about a month ago. went out today and bought a mattress. then came home to put the crib together and one of the metal pieces the holds the board to hold the bed is snapped! not to mention a corner of the board is snapped! like who would sell that to a ftm and be okay with themselves to make a quick buck. texted my cousin to tell the lady I want my money back and she won't text me back! ugh!!

If you can't get your money back I would try contacting the company (whatever brand it may be if you know) and they can probably get you a replacement part. Sorry you're having trouble... Hoping I won't have any trouble with my crib when it gets here

yeah I'm hoping she'll be a decent human being and give me my money back. I mean it was only $40 but when my bf is the only one with a job that's a lot of money. I could call the company and try but I'm not sure how long she has had the crib.
