when do you start trying to feed your baby big people food? should they have teeth first?

if it's something you think they may have to try and chew, I'd wait until they at least had their first like two or three. I think I started when my son was about 8-9 months, maybe sooner because I'm impatient haha

yeah instead of giving baby food. when they are ready you start giving them food you eat and what not. once Bradley starts eating regular food I'm going to stop with baby food. seems so much easier

if you search it. they tell you signs that they are ready and what not
