I plan to have a natural birth or atleast try to. I've been doing these yoga DVDs at my house every night and Lamaze DVDs as well. I have a high pain tolerance and I'm good at controlling myself when in pain. I've broken so many bones from sports and just being a wild child so I'm confident in myself that I'll go through with it. I know it's a different type of pain though, I'm just staying positive and staying focused on NATURAL.

I did it with my first and he was 9.4 lbs!! Haha. My second I was induced but still pain medication free, I believe in you!!! 💪🏼👊🏼

You can do it! I did it with my 2nd and plan on doing it again in December.

I did it!!!! it was so tough. but I did it💜💜💜💜 so can you.... there will be times where your like "screw it I want the epidural" but don't do it! keep our eyes on the prize

@mamabear01, thank you! ugh I know it's going to be painful. I hope my hospital allows me to take a bath or hot shower. those help me a lot. do they give you other pain meds besides epidural?

yes they give you a sleeping medicine through the IV and I got it 3 times which I regret cause my son was born sleepy. but honestly it felt so good!!!!!!!lol and they won't allow you to take a short until after the baby is born 😢😢😢😢 that was me too lol

@mamabear01, aww man! I was looking forward to the hot bath and shower😔 well the IV should be just fine. as long as it's no needles in my back were good 😂
