They are required to tell you why you are denied. That's strange, have you ever been evicted or asked to leave an apartment? Those are the main reasons for being denied, unless of course you don't meant the money requirement but they can tell you that without applying hopefully you get good news soon though 👍

Here in Texas we have an apartment agency and you should have one to that you can look up online, it's a set of rules all apartments in your state have to follow, they normally have a number you can call and you can tell them about your original email and tell them you were giving no explication and would like to know why & what to do about it.

I just googled it and yours is CAA that's who you need to speak to.

@ak16, ty. I'm gonna look Into that. and no evictions or criminal record or anything. we have great rental history and also my hubby makes well over 3 times the rent so that's Why it made absolutely no sense!
