Has anyone with the Mirena IUD had problems with their vaginal area swelling after sex? It happened a few times since I've gotten it. It hurts to walk or stand /: just curious if I could do anything about or to prevent the swelling

so last night I had some bad swelling. I couldn't hardly take my ring off. and my toes were swollen too. I haven't swelled at all this entire pregnancy. is it ok to swell this late in the pregnancy?? should I be worried since I have never swelled before??
