You can do it. I know it's hard but it's the best feeling to say you went natural . Also think of all the back pain you will get after the epidural and the catheter you will get if you get an epidural lol. Stay strong! 💪🏻

Idk I did it but having a good support system helps. I couldn't have done it without my husband. It's not so much after your water breaks it's just at the end where it's almost a constant contraction. Just stay positive and have your hubby stay very positive. Do a warm bath when you get there too

Also it's crazy how strong you are when it comes down to it at the end. 😀

@tracynangel, - Oh, I know love! Been there 3 times already. I know what you're going through. I had my second baby (who was my biggest weighing in at 8lbs 2oz) with absolutely nothing...by the time I got to the hospital, I was already at 6, then when the nurse checked me about 45 minutes latee, I was at 9 1/2! Yes, it hurts, but focus on Baby Ezra being in your arms. The pain stops immediately after ya push him out! You can do it! Gooooooo mama!

You go mama. Stay strong. Try an exercise ball if you have one. Sit. Bounce. Roll your hips. It should help with pain alleviation and to safely keep labor rolling and maybe speed it up a little!
