How can I boost my milk supply ? My son is only a month old and I'm going dry...
I eat oatmeal but I drink one or two powerades/gatorades a day with a quart of water. Literally that is all I drink besides my one cup of coffee in the morning. But I've been pumping about ten ounces a day now because that's all I drink plus feeding him
At a month old, that's completely normal. Breastmilk is digested very quickly. Right before a growth spurt, baby will cluster feed which tells your body to produce more. If baby is pooping, peeing, and gaining weight, you're doing fine.
He's just not getting filled up on my milk. He constantly wants to eat.. But yes his diapers seem regular to me. @gamermommy83
Whats making you think you're going dry? Now is the time when your supply will regulate and you may not feel engorged anymore, which is completely normal. Is baby adequate wet and poopy diapers?
Thanks ladies. I had no idea of these things lol (: @des_a_rayy @hazel529july2 @mommabear2015 @jayviensmommy15
I do what these ladies said, warm wash clothes, mothers milk tea and fenugreek pills and it keeps mine up alot. Remember nurse or pump often too! (:
There's something called mothers milk tea, I've never used it, but I heard it works wonders
I drink three quarts a day though regardless
