yes it does help your stomach go down. I gained 60 lbs in all fm my pregnancy. I lost 25 right away then now 8 months later I've lost 40 lbs on all fm just breastfeeding. it's such a great bond between you and your child. Ya it'll prob hurt at first. getting engorged sucks. but just know it's the best thing you can do for your child. it definitely takes dedication. but it's totally worth it :)
