I've had back pain it started in my shoulders didn't think much of it cause of my two pinched nerves then just last night it started in my lower back and I haven't been able to get rid of it all day. feels like my back is being sat on by a two ton elephant and my lower abdomen is cramping a little idk what it can be has anyone else had this?

omg if u find out something please let me know I am about 33 weeks and the same thing starts about 4 this morning....I have gone threw full tube of bengay :( idk what to do

idk either I'm debating on whether or not to go to the er I just tried a warm bath with Dr teals and it seems to have helped a little bit if it comes back I'm definitely going but I wanna try everything before going that way I don't look like a fool lol

I didn't go to the er instead I had my fiance rub my back for an hour and sleep on a comfey bed all night seemed to have loosened up my back but my shoulders still feel tense I was stressed out Saturday so I'm guessing it was from too much stress. but everything seems to have settled down thank you all for the support
