these iron pills make me sick I only take them bc the baby needs it if not I wouldn't dare

Try taking them in the middle of a meal that helped me

Try drink some orange while taking them it will help absorb the iron quicker

@ak16, I take it with a meal is hours later that I start feeling the effects the metallic mouth I can take but the nausea every time I move I can't deal with

I take mine right b4 I go to sleep

I have to take it twice a day so the last one I take before bed but that first one is the one that ruins my day

Or take them right after you eat. It shouldn't make you feel too bad if you have food in your stomach
