definitely not marathon training! I'm more talking walking/slow jogging for a 30 min duration on a flat surface. I'm in relatively good shape, and do other cardio, but would like to mix it up.
@levleah - I've heard you're not suppose to do anything new. That said if you took it slow and didn't go too far and push yourself I'm sure you'll be okay. Just don't got crazy and start marathon training! Lol
that's awesome! im almost 21 weeks and would like to start jogging... my dr didn't say much when I asked about whether this was a good idea or not. Thoughts?
