Arwen has had this white dot on her face since she was born. I was thinking that it's baby acne but now I'm not so sure.

It's called milia or something like that, it's normal. It's a blocked oil duct, it will go away

They're baby pimples lol They'll go away eventually. My daughter had them in the same area but on the right side, and on her chin, I think they were gone between 4-6 mo. Don't pop them though lol It can't be done and just hurts the baby!
