Crying in pain because my back hurts so bad.. I can barely tell if I am having contractions my belly tightens occasionally but it's mostly just sharp pains in my back. At what point should I go to the hospital?

Also getting really bad period like cramps in my lower abdomen and feel a lot of pressure in my vagina.

yes go to L&D. sounds like labor. how far along are u ? also how far are contractions ? time them as u are getting ready to go to the hospital

I'm 36 weeks and I have tried to time them but it's like my belly only tightens up every 10 or 15 minutes but the pain in my back is constant and so severe

and I keep having like period aches in my ovaries. I'm a ftm so idk if this is normal @mommyofthree173

I understand I had the same thing as u. But my back was hurting so much worse then the tightens in my belly and I was in active labor when I went to L&D . some people can have contractions in their back . I think u should go to be on the safe side.

I'm pregnant with my thrid and from what you are explaining it sounds like labor. It can be false but u are having period pains and tightens in your belly but bad back pains. That's how I was with my second baby an I was in active labor. I had her at 36 weeks and 6days
