Making a big commitment to myself today to stop eating so much sugar. I have hypoglycemia and the last few weeks I have really not been taking care of it very well. I want to do the best for me and my baby so I can be as healthy as I can be when he is born this fall. Support appreciated! Healthy for the next 10 weeks! I'm going to check in with my progress.
Good luck sweets! I'm sure it won't be easy, but they say that any habit can be broken in 21 days. So make yourself a countdown and then check off each day. When you've hit the three week mark, it won't even feel difficult anymore!! 😘
