I have a question... Has anyone else ever passed out while taking a shower? This is the first time it ever happened to me! I remember starting to feel a little light headed and then the next thing I know I'm on the floor of the tub. I am now sitting on my bed but I'm real shaky and keep getting hot flashes!!

the water was probably too hot or your blood pressure dropped too quickly. I've gotten close to passing out because the water was too hot

Drink some water while showering next time it helps with blood pressure

@mommyslittleman, @santistevanmommie I always take hot showers lol but I guess I got it a little too hot. I never had that happen to me before.

No problem I haven't ever passed out but I have gotten close and ever since taking a bottle of water with me it helps so much. 😊

I didn't have it happen until a week ago, it was towards the end of my shower and I suddenly started to lose my hearing and felt weak I knew I was gonna pass out so I turned the hot water almost all the way off to cook myself down. As soon as I did that I felt instantly better. I love my hot showers but baby girl isn't having it anymore. I even get contractions now when it gets too hot for me lol
