hahahaha I wish that was the problem..... in fact they are too big and somewhat smothering. No my problem is purely that there is not enough for 2 yet and yes they are gaining but the get formula too since they were premies if I could pump enough I wouldn't need the formula @saralois7

Ohh ok! If your baby is gaining weight I wouldn't worry that you don't have enough milk bc some women just have smaller breast

If you are still pregnant your milk won't come until after the baby is born

Drink lots of water and get as much rest as possible

3 weeks out I want them to eat only breast but even if it doesn't work they got some so I can't complain @odixiedelight

using a breast pump more frequently will increase your supply. The more you pump the more you will produce. To answer your other question, you will know, you'll leak and feel very heavy
