it can hurt a little, well at the same time it depends if you tense up a bit, which might happen cuss they go way in there. and just a heads up you may bleed or have brown discharge for a couple days.
I went to the emergency room on Sunday because I thought I was contracting (I'm only 28weeks) and he checked my cervix, it's very uncomfortable & did hurt a little. A little bit of spotting is to be expected too.

I got mines on Wednesday to me it's like a Pap smear just an entire hand lol. Just relax and breathe it's not painful
