Hi everyone! I am extremely worried and just need to know if anyone has shared the same experience as me. My husband and I decided to go off the pill and start a family. The first month we tried was unsuccessful. The second month (June) was the month of my sisters wedding. Her wedding was at the beach and we spent the entire week before there celebrating with the wedding party. I had completely stopped drinking for 2 months because we were trying to get pregnant. However, my period was supposed come the day of my sisters wedding (Or the last day of our vacation-Saturday). I took a pregnancy test 5 days before my period was supposed to come(Tuesday). It was negative. I took one every day up to her wedding which were all also negative. Since early detection pregnancy tests are supposed to be pretty accurate these days I trusted them and that I wasn't pregnant. I drank pretty heavily to celebrate her wedding from Tuesday-Saturday. We were packing up to go home and I decided to take one more test... It was POSITIVE! Instead of joy I felt immediate fear that I may have hurt my baby by drinking. I drank Jack Daniels and wine... I never threw up and I never passed out, but I did get a little bit drunk/tipsy. I guess I must have ovulated late because when I went to the doctor I was supposed to be 6 weeks. They told me I was only 5 weeks and there was no embryo in the gestational
Sac. That means when I drank I was only about 3
Weeks pregnant. Do you think I could have hurt the baby that early? Has anyone had this experience? I feel like crying every single day... I am such a health freak and this is just not how I pictured my first pregnancy. Any advice or experiences will be helpful (good or bad) thanks!

no ur fine ! I drank the first month cuz I didn't know yet and my boy is perfect and all my apps say not much critical happens that earlynin development. don't stress u didn't do any harm !

i drank with my first baby cuz I didn't know I was pregnant when I found out I was already 18 weeks but I didnt know at the time and I drank vodka and beer and a few glasses of wine my baby was fine

your fine one of my friends used to get so drunk she was 2 months before she found out and stopped but she had a healthy little boy one time won't hurt

I celebrated my 21st birthday not knowing that I was a few weeks pregnant...now 24 weeks with a healthy baby boy

I drank before I found out as well but my friend drank every weekend to get hammered for 2 months

Dont worry. U r fine. One of my friend was drinking and smoking almost to the end of 2 month. When she find out she stopped. She has 2 nice and healthy kids. Even doctors says that its ok. Nothing gonna happen. But if u will be depressed all the time, it will hurt ur baby. Just stop thinking of it and enjoy every day being pregnant.

I drank until I found out bc I had given up on getting pregnant after 3 years of trying and I was 7 weeks when I found out. My baby is doing just fine

Girl, I was out partying like a champ the weekend before I found out, lol. So far, so good here though. Baby appears to be perfectly healthy and I'm 29 weeks. I told my doctor about it at my first appointment because I was so scared. But they assured me it was ok.

with my first i was in high school all i did was drink and didnt know i was pregnant tell i was almost 9 weeks. she is perfect. never sick no disabilities nothing. i wouldnt worry
