does or did any body get a few aces and pains now and again in there first trimester I have had a miscarriage before so am a bit worried
I had some excruciating cramping around 6 weeks... literally the same as miscarriage pain and cramps, it woke me... I was just crying and doubled over... it only happened once like that, then had mild cramping on and off for a few weeks, I'm now 32 weeks with a totally healthy baby :) really not sure what caused it but don't worry yourself, if you have any bleeding then go to the doctors but cramping can be normal :) x
Also if the pain comes and goes that's normal :) It comes and goes for me :) I had cramping from about week 4-7 on and off. Now I get the random cramp and stabbing pains. Sometimes it's enough to make me lie down but it's not that bad at all. Just feel a lot of pressure now. My baby is definitely growing!
Don't panic. Stress is definitely not good for the baby. They can pick up on these things. Just remain calm and let nature do whatever it has planned for you :):):) Call into the doctors or see your midwife. Maybe get a scan to reassure yourself? If you aren't bleeding or anything. Then there should be nothing to worry about. I know it must be hard not to panic if you've had a miscarriage before. I didn't really think much of my pregnancy or have any attachment to my baby until the scan I had. Simply because miscarriage is at it's highest during the first 3 months. I just tried to eat and took my vitamins and didn't think much of it. Even the pains. @chesscarosex xx
@winterbaby95 @emmyrxox thanks both of you so helpful think I'm just panicking because this baby is so wanted and I am so early on also have miscarried before xx
No worries and yeah I got them with both of mine. I always try to remember things or write them down to ask questions when I see my midwife if I'm sure whether they are normal or not. always something worth doing ☺ @chesscarosex xx
I have the shooting pains :):) Completely normal :) Had them a few weeks ago too and currently having them. I have since had a scan. Everything is fine. It's just the uterus and ligaments stretching :):) Nothing to worry about :):) But if you still don't feel reassured :) Call your Midwife :) @chesscarosex
aw thankyou @emmyrxox thanks for the tips there like shooting pains lower stomach not as bad as they was before xx
If the pain is unbearable then call your midwife but if it just a few aches and pains then it's totally normal. I'm on baby no.2 and you are allowed to take 2 paracetamols every 4 hours and you can also take co codomol as well with your midwives consent. Try having baths more they help loads in pregnancy. They are literally a god send and hot water bottles as well! ☺ xx
if you worry and unfortunately had miscarriage, just contact your midwife) you will feel more safe and calm with her advice)) x hope you will better soon x
to be honest I don't know))) in Latvia we aren't allowed to take paracetamol during the pregnancy, but over here doctors advice to take if you have pain..... I am bit concerned about it and only because I have been told to not take in the past, I avoided to take it.... but GP, hospital tried to reassure me that it's absolutely safe .... it's only up to you, darling really x
they just advice to take paracetamol (what I didn't) and pain gone around 12 weeks x
I had miscarriage three years ago at 8 weeks... I had lots of pain in first trimester with this baby and even bleeding at 6 weeks... I was terrified and scared to the death... but everything fine) doctor explained that everything stretching and hormones affects too, so some pain was acceptable.. x
aw great okay thank you and I'm glad your baby's okay:-) xx
