Yes, it's normal. It's implantation cramping. Only time you should worry is if you start bleeding. Spotting is normal if it's light pink or light brown. But if it's bright red go to the ER.

I had period like cramps leading up to finding out and for a long time afterwards. I thought my period was coming but it was just implantation followed by my uterus expanding :) im 26 weeks and still cramp

I actually had heavy bleeding and alot of cramping when I was about 9 weeks everything is fine, I am now 14W 3D..
