Am i the only one that still gets stomach cramps in my lower abdominals and am almost 20 weeks? I'm just worried cause it feels kinds like period cramps and hits me by surprise.

I'm 30 weeks tomorrow and I still get some cramps and pains. When I talked to my doc about it he said it was normal cause we're still stretching (but again that's just me and situation) you should call your doc if you're really concerned

Drink some water. Dehydration can cause cramping

They're normal. Super annoying, I'm getting them still at 21 weeks but it's all the muscles/ligaments and your uterus stretching. Water may help, try a warm bath or a heating pad (im not 100% on the "safeness" of heating pads but I use them when I'm crampy) and last resort I take Tylenol.
