I'm so upset
I have an orthodontist appointment out of town tomorrow
which idk how we are going to pay for and I have to take both kids who will be bored out of their minds because none of my friends will watch them for a few hours. even though I always take my friends kids to help out. if I don't get this tooth taken care of it could absess. friends are so shitty sometimes
