I believe you are to give birth the 10th month

technically there are ten months if you count 4 weeks in every month, but there aren't always 4 weeks, sometimes there is less and sometimes there is more so its 9 months. So technically he isn't wrong, but neither are you :)

so their is ten months because doctors normally say nine months you don't go around saying oh im ten months that's messed up

40 weeks is the beginning of the tenth month

well I'm fixing to be 7 months in two weeks and he telling me that at 7 months I will still have 3 months left theirs no way

it's 10 and it's crazy because everybody trips about it and days 9 40w is 10 months people say 9 months because for the first month you don't know that your pregnant

ugh OK then y does doctor say ur only prego for 9 months and they tell u theirs only 9 months to a pregnancy

the first month is your period/ovulation/implantation etc.

Then 9 months of growing baby

9 some months actually do have 5 weeks so to be realistic in the time line that's how it is calculated
