I'm 1 centimeter dialated & on the ultrasound they did on me it show that my cervix is funneling, which means my cervix is started to open wider. I can't sit completely up in the bed. I have to lay flat because if I'm sitting up it Will put pressure on my cervix & uterus . that could cause the baby to come.
