They gave me a turkey sandwich at the hospital. I haven't had deli meat in months. Ugh so good

They say that but you can if it is heated up really well. Once in a while won't hurt either. As long as you're careful and aren't eating it everyday. They are worried about listeria. Which is rare in lunch meat. It does happen but rarely. @sabrinak576

@lovebuggg2016, I've been craving them, and recently I've caved a few times. But I can't stand warming up the meat it just doesn't satisfy me the same 😂

I ate subway a lot and ate turkey sandwiches at home, I was fine. Just check it and the expiration date, you should be fine, everything's bad for you if you ask enough people. Lol
