I hear that one of the reasons breastfeeding hurts is cause ur uterus contracts to shrink down to size but doesn't it happen if not breastfeeding as well?

Yeah it causes your uterus to contract more and stronger, it's not that bad though. They will give you something for pain if you need it @kcal12

it just feels like cramps some super bad cramps and other very minimal cramping. with breastfeeding it shrinks it faster so cramps will stop faster
