like how they say it's not real labor if when you change position or walk around and the contractions get lighter or go away all together I don't think that braxton Hicks contractions and the fake labor contractions are the same thing because to my under standing braxton hicks don't hurt they just are really uncomfortable. if that helps any lol I'm not the best at explain things @sabrinak576

the last month drags on really long and it seems like it was the worst month like I had every problem and it wouldn't go away like before I could do all the remedies to get rid of heart burn and insomnia and back pain now I just have to deal with it nothing works anymore. and your ob is going to try to get you to gain as little as possible but some times it just dosent work I'm 218 lbs and I really didn't have an appetite this whole time until now but I started at 153 and I just wouldn't stop gaining weight I just got over it. and sometimes the swelling dosent go away @sabrinak576 but at the end of the day it's worth it one thing I do that makes me feel good about being pregnant and it also passes the days I have a journal that I write a letter to my son everyday about how I feel and whats going on in the world makes me feel better even when I'm having a bad day
