Umm is it possible to be dilated & not pregnant? I've been having contraction like pain since yesterday & decided to check my cervix since the pain has gotten worse well I'm at a 1cm or just barely enough to get the tip on my middle finger in. Wtf is going on with my body ? It all started yesterday when we found out the bad news 😔😔👎🏽

it might be your nerves causing the pain. also your cervix might not be closed back up yet.

You already have one baby so the cervix usually does not close up all the way... You could also be ovulating and that's where the pain is coming from
