why do people think that because you are pregnant that you can't work? I'm pregnant, not disabled…

I personally can't work because I have horrible symptoms and Dr said I have to stay in bed. Ya are lucky that ya can work NOT THAT I NEED TO. But I am sure some people don't work for a reason. Not because pregnancy is a disability or because people are idiots.

If there is a medical reason then you wouldn't be looking for a job anyway. I'm talking about the idiots who won't hire someone just because they are pregnant

Oh those people are full of shit, @natesgirl they judge just because of pregnancy. I can't due to horrible dizziness and I miss my job so much. Just last night I took a trip to Walmart and man was that the worst mistake! 😔

yeah I pick up/drop off an application and get looked at like there is something wrong with me because I'm pregnant and want to work.

Thatst week le for them to do that., @natesgirl That's not giving you a chance at all. Like what if they are missing out on a big opportunity?? They'll never know. Where I use to work I never judged them. Not even the Dr. We hired two girls who were very honest about being pregnant. But eventually they quit on us because of personal issues. But we at least have them a chance.

true. my last job I worked until the day before I went into labor, would have been there the day I went into labor but it was my day off. I went back to work when my baby was 10 days old. I never called in the whole time and I left early one time because I got light headed because of the heat ( I worked in a factory)

That's what happen to me last night I got so hot at Walmart out of a no where and I started getting very dizzy. I had to drink water fast. I hate the dizziness! I never had it w my first pregnancy. @natesgirl

it only happened once with that pregnancy but with my first it happened all the time

I think its because you will be out average 6 weeks after birth even if u work full term

not me lol, I went back to work when my little boy was ten days old, I have bills to pay lol
