A warm washcloth, or a hot pad will really help it. I had a couple, and I would get a hot pad and massage my breast while pumping and/or nursing. Helps a lot!

@edomke, omg I think I got it. it hurt so bad there were tears

@cookiemonster1216 I was engorged and the got shower or compress hurt so much more and a child one didn't do anything.

@edomke, I think it's now mastitis they are so hot! I have a headache a very little fever. the 1st time I'm watching my bfs 2 kids and mine ughhh
