All of a sudden around since about 4pm I started experiencing sharp pains in my right lower abdominal side. I think the pain is In my ovary. I haven't been seen by a doctor yet since I found out I was pregnant. My first appt is this Wednesday but based on my lmp I'm a little over 11 weeks. Should I be worried?

could be round ligament pain which is normal buy it does hurt really bad.

Most pains that you experience on your sides while you are pregnant are harmless unless accompanied by bleeding!

I got a ton of pain at 11 weeks. It's your expanding uterus. It's perfectly normal! Only time to be worried is if there is blood

Honestly around 11 weeks of my pregnancy I had terrible pains in that area. From what I was told that was implantation, but pain like that is normal girl :)

Like everybody says ligament paint is what we experience as our uterus is expanding. Nothing to worry about

@red1996, implantation happens 7-10 days after conception. Not 11 weeks. At eleven weeks there's already a placenta. And I've been getting cramps too. It can really make you worry if you think about it too hard.
