I heard it is. If you get a breast pump (most insurances cover it). I don't have personal experience but I know a few people who did it. But also depends on your job.
A friend of mine pumped at work for 10 months with her baby. Like @trezelle said check with your insurance provider and see if they supply a free breast pump. They covered mine!
Yes, yes and YES! Totally possible! I pumped for 8 months at work. If I can do it, anyone can lol. Seriously. I talked to my boss and told her I'd need a private area to pump during lunch and breaks. By law, works must accommodate this. She gave me a key to a special room, but after awhile, I ended up getting tired of that and just felt more comfortable running out to my car during lunch to do it. I sat in the backseat with a cover on and I'd pump into the Medela storage bags or bottles. I'd then just put those in an insulated bag with an ice pack. I think it's very important to inform your work (if you feel comfortable) because extra leniency will be given. If not, you can sue haha.
Yes, I used the Medela wipes made for that reason, to do a general clean and then I'd wash and sanitize when I got home. With my pump, it came with an insulated storage bad and an ice pack. I just put the bags in there until I got home. On hotter days, I used a small ice chest with more ice packs.
