What color is like breast milk when your lactating? This morning go to put my bra on an notice one of the cups has a stain in it looks kinda red maybe like blood or maybe something clear that mixed with the color of the instide of my bra?... But I'm not sure I haven't started like lactating not that iv noticed this but noticed this this morning an was wondering what it was...

I was actually reading about this last night, I read that your nipples can stick to your bra and if you take off your bra it can actually take a layer or more of your skin off with it and cause bleeding. Talk to your doctor more about it but I read that it was normal. Unless your breasts are secreting blood it shouldn't be anything to worry about.

@vjsoto, ya I have a doctors appt Wednesday I'll have to ask but it did t feel like I was ripping the skin off my nipple like while taking my bra off... I tuck it off normal an then just noticed that like In one of the cups this morning like wtf... Ya I have no idea I no it was super hot yesterdah an had that bra on all day idk if that has anything to do with it
