This morning addilyn started doing this thing where she brings her knees up to her stomach and her face turns red like she's trying to poop and then when she finally farts she starts screaming. Today starts day 3 that she hasn't poop so I'm assuming she's constipated? But I'm not sure what to do to fix that

My doctor said they can go days without pooping if breastfeeding...just be ready for a blowout. My son only poops once in 24 hours and it's a mess lol but three days is ok. He said up to a week they can not poop sometimes

I just try to have stretch every hour or two to help him move things down

give her some apple juice or a little water and she should be fine!

Do not give her water...that's so bad specially for newborns. She will poop don't worry. Liquids are very bad for them. Just give her a little more time
