Having trouble eating.... been a couple days have like a sinus/nasal drip thing going on..... any suggestions please :(

Get a Netty Pot! I'm obsessed with mine. (like $7.99 at Walgreens). Totally safe while pregnant, and the saline is super healing.

My husband uses the netty pot and it works great :). I even had my little sister use it and she has really bad sinus issues
