Before you eat it should be 90 or below, two hours after you eat 120 or below

I have it, depending on how bad it is you might need insulin shots. I just have to draw my blood 4-6 times daily

anything above 120 is bad . it's supposed to be between 60-120

try to fast for 24 hrs . like stay away from sugars and starches like breads and sweets . drink water a lot of water . eat enough to keep your blood sugar up but not high . my mom had diabetes . so I know she use to eat a lot of small meals.
