Is it necessary to use dreft laundry detergent? or can I use other detergents for my babies clothing…

All free and clear... It's cheaper and you can use it on your clothes

no its not necessary. I use tide for my all kids.

I've always used gain never have I used baby detergent

You can try all free or clear after they turn a year I switched to tide

it's not necessary but I would for the first 6 months. because you never know if the baby have a allergic reaction to the detergent. I did it with my daughter for the first year of her life . then I started with regular detergent.

Yes some babies are allergic or need extra care but I've never actually known a mom who had a baby that was.

I'm doing all arm and hammer free and clear which is what I wash everything in...it doesn't make sense to only wash the babies things in dreft...if they are allergic you would have to wash everything including your clothes and linens basically anything the baby would be in contact with. As long as you stay away from perfumes you'll be fine unless baby is really sensitive

for me and my babies I used ALL, its the one in the white bottle. no dyes and no fragrance.... cost effective
