I had bacterial vaginosis and was put on an antibiotic for 3 days, cleared it right up. My only symptom was more discharge than usual, but it was annoying. Glad it's gotten better!

It could be bacterial vaginosis, definitely mention it to your dr.. It's very common in pregnancy.

Might be the beginning of a yeast infection. But it's normal to have more discharge.
