Hate to say this, but I'm really not happy about the care I received from my midwife and OB team. I feel like if things were monitored more closely I wouldn't have had such a small little guy. I hate that people say 37 weeks is full terms cause its really not. The baby isn't fully developed until 40 weeks because of the need for accumulation of fat or they can't regulate their own body temperature. I gave birth via Cesarean at 37 weeks 4 days and delivered a 4lb 6oz baby. Ladies please don't be so concerned about your weight, gain weight because it's good for the baby. I gained 14lbs and some of that was water weight because of the high blood pressure I developed. I'm lucky that Jaxon only has some minor things that need to be monitored. I'm not trying to give unsolicited advice and you don't have to listen, but this is my experience and I wouldn't want someone else to have to leave their baby at the hospital while they go home cause its heartbreaking.
Ok so not using actual numbers.. But everyone knows I'm over weight since having my girls. It's no secret. BUT i was talking with my hubby last night and idk how we got to this but he said something like (not using actual numbers) no one should weigh 800lbs, they should take care of themselves. And i said so what if someone weighs 800lbs? He said no one should weigh that, they should be healthier. I said well i almost weigh 800! I'm in the 790s. And I'm healthy. I may be overweight but i don't h...
How much weight has everyone gained? I'm at 31lbs at 30 weeks.
I'm 12 weeks and my doctor said I should have gained 10 pounds by now and I've gained 1. Anyone else have problems with gaining weight in the beginning?
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
