colorado U.S.A lol but This is all just so hard lol I cant find an appartment You have to be 18 and make 3 times the rent also I have a 2 Year old son and one on the way If you have a child older then 1 years old You have to get a 2 bedroom which go for 1500+ around here and Thats just outrageous so i want to get on section 8 but i cant do anything till im 18 so im just stuck!

I know this is an old post but, you don't have to wait till your 18 if you need government assistance. and as for the birth certificate and SSC, she has to give you that. and if she doesn't when you apply for a replacement tell them so that they know in case its ever used without your knowledge. I went thru the same thing last summer, and my mom wouldn't give me anything because she wanted to claim us on taxes witch she couldn't because I wasn't living with her or my kids, so when I got a replacement SSC they said if she uses it she will be jailed and fined and they put a note on my kids file just in case. so i told her and she finally gave me it because she didnt want to get in trouble. and I know it sucks with the apartment situation but can you stay with a family member or friend till you get on your feet? Your mom in a way sounds like my mom, which is horrible. but don't feel like you don't have any choices because your not 18 yet, because you do. Our moms just think we are stupid and don't know, so don't feel helpless. if you don't know, then call public aid offices and get information by cause they can actually help

Im still going through shit with her and we got im a big fight about her wanting to claim my son on taxes which i disagree with cuz she dont buy anything for him nor me but she was telling me i have to move out and saying my bf has to move out I explained to her she cant kick me and my son out cuz shell get introuble with section 8 and my bf will have 30 days cuz we have profe of rent She shut her mouth but Now Im dealing with her telling me i cant go to school cuz she's not gunna struggle for a babysitter which is such bs cuz i need my education for my son and new baby and shes telling me i cabt cuz i have to watch her daughter like wtf!?! lol I finally got on wic thank god i want to report her to section 8 cuz the shit shes saying to get out and all i would hope they could start helping me get my own case for when i turn 18 but idk what will happen with That or how that works like will i still have to live with her cuz that would just be akward and hell if i reported her but id still have to live with her idk how that living situation would work but if she starts leaving her daughter at my school Ima be pissd! cuz she wont help me get to school and she wont help me learn to drive or give me bus money for her daughter but im gunna be having to keep her daughter at school with me then catch the bus home with a 2 year old a 7 year old and pregnant plus winters gunna start but if i dont watch her my bf and i get threatend to get kickd out Ugh this is bs lol
