advice? woke up with random nose bleed last night n now I don't dare get off the couch cuz when I do I feel like I'm gonna faint. :( help!

I was having nose bleeds every morning for a few weeks .. My doc said it was normal (or wasn't something to worry over) I would feel slightly feint but that would lessen after moving around a bit
